I lived in a dormitory for 2 years and moved out properly. Cleaned the room before returning it and it was in great condition. But the landlord said there was damage in many places. Scratches on walls broken tiles dirty AC. Deducted 12000 baht in total for repairs which equals exactly the deposit I paid. Those marks were already there when I moved in but I did not take photos at that time. I feel cheated and do not know what to do. People around me say this happens very often in Thailand.
