1. General Agreement

By using PlusThai, you agree to these terms in full. PlusThai is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Services include: secondhand trading, shopping mall, daily services, fresh delivery, and community news. Users must be 18 or older, or have parental consent.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current information. Fake accounts and impersonation are prohibited. Users are responsible for password security and all account activity. Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be suspended. Account deletion is available, but transaction records are retained per law.

3. Trading & Platform Role

PlusThai is a marketplace only — not a buyer or seller. NOT responsible for: product/service quality, listing accuracy, delivery/delays, buyer-seller disputes. Secondhand items may have wear; sellers must accurately describe condition.

4. PlusThai Pay (Secure Payment)

Payments via PlusThai Pay are held in escrow until buyer confirms receipt. Funds released within 3 business days. Auto-confirmation after 7 days of delivery. Transactions outside PlusThai Pay are NOT protected.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Disputes within 3 days of receipt. Refundable: not as described, damaged in shipping, wrong item, not received. Non-refundable: change of mind (secondhand), matches description, stated defects. Resolved within 7 business days. Escrow decision is final.

6. Prohibited Content

Prohibited: illegal goods (drugs, weapons, counterfeits), fraud, spam/false ads, inappropriate/obscene content, IP infringement, others' personal data, off-platform solicitation. Violations: removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Daily Services

Service providers are independent contractors, not PlusThai employees. Quality not guaranteed. Check reviews before booking. Disputes mediated but outcomes not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

User content remains user property; users grant PlusThai a royalty-free license for platform use. Copyright-infringing content removed upon request. Auto-translations (GPT) may contain errors; PlusThai not liable for translation inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

No guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Max liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.

10. Changes to Terms

PlusThai may modify terms at any time. Significant changes notified 14 days in advance via email/app. Continued use = acceptance.

11. Governing Law

Governed by laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including Electronic Transactions Act (2001), Consumer Protection Act (1979), and PDPA (2019). Disputes resolved by Thai courts.
