Sorry, this is my first time signing up and my first time posting so I might write messy. It might be long and confusing. I just want to vent and ask for opinions from you all.

I’m 23. I run a small online shop from home in Nonthaburi selling cosmetics and random little stuff. In the morning around 9:30 I pack and send orders myself. Afternoons and evenings I go help a friend who runs a small shared warehouse where a bunch of sellers keep stock together. If someone has an order they bring it there to pack. It’s like a shared storage, near some MRT line, about 20–30 minutes from my house, not far.

I’ve been with this place almost a year but only properly for about six months. The person who runs it is a woman in her late 30s, she does the accounts, summarizes stock, receives parcels and assigns tasks. People call her the boss at work, but if that sounds too harsh you can say manager. I call her P’Mon because she likes Monthong durian 5555.

At first everything was fine. The other people were chill, there was afternoon tea sometimes, occasional boxed lunch. Then about two months ago a new seller moved in, a woman around 28 who already knew P’Mon, so she got a good spot right by the entrance. P’Mon kind of favored her — free promo posts in the warehouse group, helped pack during peak hours even though she only came in two or three times a month.

I didn’t mind at first, but problems started when P’Mon began dumping some tasks on me without telling me. Like: I have to go out in the morning to deliver, then come back in the afternoon to help pack another batch, but P’Mon transferred the evening shift and stock-check duties to me even though the new seller was there and could help. P’Mon just said “You’re faster” — short like that. I’m so confused. It sounds like a compliment but it’s weird because the workload increased a lot. Orders don’t come at regular times, some nights I have to stay past 10pm to pack. Roughly, some days I work nearly 3 continuous hours after returning from deliveries. Also the new seller never fully packs a shift — just stocks and takes photos — but P’Mon always seems to have time to chat with her, and sometimes forgets to mention missing items in parcels. Then she passes the problem to me like “sorry I forgot to tell you” and walks off to talk to the new seller again. It’s... too much.

The thing that really shocked me was last week: a big parcel from the new seller arrived and some items were missing. The customer complained, so I had to chase it down — call the supplier, confirm the list, check the CCTV (warehouse cams are a bit blurry but you can see the layout), and deal with the delivery company. In the end the items weren’t missing, they were put in the wrong spot. The new seller admitted she didn’t check but said “P’Mon told me to put it here.” P’Mon came back and said to me, “You handle it, don’t get upset,” then walked away to talk to the new seller, leaving me to take responsibility. I fixed it until late; by the time I finished messaging the customer it was almost 7pm.

After that, the other people at the warehouse started avoiding me. Some looked at me weird and went quiet. I tried to talk reasonably, but every time it turned into me explaining, apologizing, taking responsibility, and being criticized for being slow or making mistakes — when most problems came from team management. I feel used maybe. I work hard and also have to handle my own shop’s orders, but P’Mon doesn’t respect my time, like she assumes I’ll do things for free.

I’m a bit heartbroken because I never wanted workplace drama. I get small places need to rely on each other, but this is getting unfair — or am I just being petty? I’m afraid of losing my storage spot. It’s cheap and convenient, but if this continues I can’t keep up with my shop and it’ll hurt a lot. So confused.

Do you think I should talk directly to P’Mon about clear task division or find a new storage spot? If I talk, what should I say so I don’t sound mean and become the unpopular one there? I’m worried about losing the spot, but if I keep putting up with it I can’t manage my own shop. What should I do — stay or move out my stock?

Or maybe keep stock at home and only use the warehouse when needed? But then I might lose shared benefits and stuff. Ugh I’m really confused T_T

What do you all think, am I overthinking or should I set firm boundaries? Please share experiences. I’d really appreciate it.
