I work at an advertising company. Every Friday evening the boss sends an email with new work. Deadline Monday morning 9am. This has been going on for 4 months. Every weekend I have to work and never get rest. Friends invite me out on Saturday and Sunday but I cant go. Asked the boss if they could assign work on Monday instead. Boss said other people can do it why cant you. No OT pay no holiday work pay. I feel exploited and am looking for a new job.
