I have worked at the same company for 3 years and am unhappy. Low salary too much work and a bad boss. But I am scared to quit because if I cannot find a new job I will not have money for rent. I have a lot of monthly expenses and only 2 months of savings. Friends advise not to quit before finding a new job and to search while still working. But the problem is I come home very late every day and have no time to prepare for interviews. I feel trapped in a cycle I cannot escape. Anyone with similar experience please share advice.
