Last night around 2:17 AM he sent me a photo. It was late, I wasn't really thinking, I just scrolled through quickly and then stopped at one — him with another woman, sitting chill at a cafe in downtown Korat. Pretty close to places I know. His caption was just “ran into an old friend.”

Super confused.

I'm 31, I run a small online shop from home in Nakhon Ratchasima. We've been together two and a half years. For the most part he treats me well and calls regularly, but I do get a little suspicious because he has several close female friends. I've asked before that if there's someone else he should tell me. So what even is the deal?

I didn't blow up right away, but this morning I messaged asking who she was. He replied “really just a friend, we only chat” and then he deleted the chat with that person. That felt so weird. My stomach dropped — I don't know how to trust him. It looked rushed, like he was afraid I'd see it: read the message and delete it three minutes later or something.

Am I being paranoid? Sorry if this is messy, I'm typing on my phone and my hands are shaking. I want to ask him straight up but I'm scared I'll come off as overly jealous, and if I ask and he gets mad how do we even talk about it? I'm more afraid that if I let it go and it happens again, it'll hurt even more.

Anyone else been through this? Maybe they're really just friends, but should I demand a clear conversation about it now? What should I do? OP is so confused T_T
