Condo electricity bill is 3000 baht per month — is that normal?
I live in a 28sqm condo room and only run the AC when sleeping about 8 hours per day. But last months electricity bill was 3200 baht which feels very expensive. I asked a friend at another condo and they pay only 1500 to 2000 baht. Looking at the bill they charge 8 baht per unit while the electric authority only charges 3 to 4 baht. That means the condo management charges double. I asked management and they said it is the standard rate. How much per unit does your condo charge? Any tips for saving on electricity?
