Police Detain Agitated Man Inside Hua Hin School After He Drank Pig's Blood Mixed with Beer

Hua Hin — On Sunday morning, Hua Hin Police Station officers were alerted by teachers and staff at a local school in Hua Hin district that a man, about 30–40 years old, appeared agitated, wandering and shouting on the school grounds. His behavior frightened students and parents dropping off their children, prompting the school to temporarily lock its gates and call police to handle the situation.

When officers, patrol units and rescue personnel arrived, they found the man sitting near the playground, dizzy and speaking incoherently. Nearby were signs of having drunk a beverage resembling beer and a plastic container stained with a red substance like raw pig’s blood. Officers calmed the man and took him into custody to prevent harm, then brought him to the police station while awaiting medical examination.

In an initial interview, the man admitted he had drunk pig’s blood mixed with beer shortly before the incident, claiming personal reasons such as a ritual or stress relief.
