I work at a Japanese restaurant in Bangkok 12 hours a day Monday to Saturday. Agreed salary was 15000 baht but at end of month only got 12000. Owner says they deducted food and dorm costs but during the interview they never mentioned any deductions. I do 4 hours OT every day but get zero overtime pay. When I ask the owner says it is included in salary. I feel very exploited. Want to quit but have not found a new job yet. Anyone been through this? Can I report to the Ministry of Labor?
