Ordered a brand name bag from an online Shopee shop for 2500 baht. Advertised as authentic with many 5 star reviews. When I received it clearly fake. Logo not sharp zipper very rough stitching messy. I requested refund in the app but the shop refused saying 100 percent authentic and attached a fake certificate. Appealed to Shopee but they sided with the shop just because it had many good reviews. Now lost 2500 baht for nothing and I am furious.
