Hey folks, need some input. What should I do? It's kinda embarrassing but keeping it to myself makes me more annoyed lol

Okay real talk — I'm 42, run a tiny online shop selling handmade stuff in Nonthaburi. I share a small storage/packing space with three other stalls, we split utilities 50/50, and sometimes we hire someone to help pack (they were recommended). At first everything was fine, but for the past couple months this helper has been taking items to use at night, like around 1–2 AM, sometimes 11:30 PM. Quietly. Then the next day they livestream selling like it’s their own stuff. Also a few of my display samples have gone missing, one or two pieces, not full amounts — like a cute green hair clip I kept as a sample vanished, and some stock from certain batches is short. Not a huge amount but it feels disrespectful.

I once lent my friend my login to post in an emergency (not the main issue here) — am I overthinking? I don’t want to be a control freak but I don’t want my stuff stolen either. It feels like a lack of respect. If I speak up directly, will it ruin relationships? Will they get mad? Maybe they didn’t mean it, but if it keeps happening I’ll be so pissed. So confusing.

Has anyone dealt with this? How did you handle it? Should I call them out now or gather proof first, like take photos from the camera times or check stock history before talking? Should I change the lock right away? Or just say calmly without drama, “Some of my items have gone missing, I need to keep my personal stuff locked,” is that okay? I want a polite solution but I don’t want this to repeat. If more stuff goes missing, what can I report? (I don’t want to involve the police but I don’t want this to happen again.)

Would it be better to just move my storage? I can afford slightly higher travel costs but it’s exhausting emotionally. If anyone’s gone through this and came out okay, please share how you managed it.
