This morning a guest complained they couldn't check out even though I'd entered all the info. My boss came by, glanced at it and just said, "Fix it yourself," then walked off. Super chill entrance and exit like nothing happened. I'm baffled.

I'm 25 and work reception at a hotel near Phra Nangklao Bridge in Nonthaburi. Nights are basically my whole timeline — I hardly get any real breaks. But in the mornings when my boss can't be bothered to fix issues, he just throws them onto me, even when it's the booking system or daytime support's fault. Now I'm the one taking calls from guests, messaging the admin group, and standing there explaining things to guests for hours until super late morning. Then when I ask about OT, the reply is basically, "We'll claim it later," and silence.

Some coworkers help, some act like they don't know what's going on — they go out for a big smoke in front of the entrance and come back acting normal. Is that fine, or am I being too serious? Am I overthinking it? I get that the boss is stressed too, but dumping work without telling anyone or helping makes me not want to do the night shift anymore.

This is my first time posting here, sorry if I messed up anything. How would you guys handle this? Should I talk to the boss straight-up? P.S. If anyone's got a killer line to say to the boss, please share T_T
