My supervisor at the factory keeps calling me in like this, what should I do? I'm so confused, seriously confused.

So here's the deal: I'm 22, working on the production line at a factory in Nonthaburi. I've been in the same position for almost a year. I start the morning shift at 7:30 every day. Sometimes a new supervisor will just pop by and call me over right away, no warning, like for 2–3 minutes, but it happens so often. They don’t put anything in writing, no email, no paperwork to keep — it’s all just memory. I only jot things down on a tiny sticky note I keep on a plastic ring on my hand lol.

Sometimes they call me in the middle of the shift and tell me to go to the supervisor’s room. When I get there they just say something short like “Can you do it this way?” or “Try helping on the other line,” then let me go back to work. No details, no clear goal. I'm like, why not explain it properly for 10 minutes and let me try? This guessing game is impossible.

Weirdly, sometimes it feels like they’re about to scold me, but when we actually talk they give me weird compliments like “You did well,” then act normal. I feel like I'm constantly under watch. Like once they threw a job at me at 1:30pm in the middle of a shift — asked me to pack one lot even though I’m the machine operator and I’m not great at packing, so I made a tiny mistake. The supervisor nitpicked my work and then casually said “Just keep an eye on it,” or something like that. I’m trying to learn, but it feels like they’re watching me way more than necessary.

Some coworkers have noticed too, but they don’t say much because they’re afraid it’ll turn into a bigger issue. I’m not sure if the supervisor is just being strict, has something against me, or if I’m overthinking it. There’s no concrete feedback, no clear targets, so I don’t know how to improve. Should I be relieved or scared?

I want to say, “If you’re serious, can we have a short meeting?” but I’m scared to sound like I’m challenging them. If I ask politely it might still be unclear, or should I pretend not to understand and just follow orders? Or should I find a chance to ask for a formal chat once, like ask for 10 minutes after my shift to clear things up, bring examples of my work, and ask for clear feedback — even two hours if needed — so I don’t have to guess?

I’m so confused but also kind of amused. Sometimes I think if they just told me clearly what they wanted I wouldn’t waste so much time. It’s tiring T_T
