I'm 32, freelance, living in Bangkok. Been with my boyfriend for almost two years now, and... my mind is so messed up right now.

So it happened last night around 7:30pm. I went to a co-working space and worked almost six hours. I was taking notes with his little green pen

my bad, like ten minutes tops) — and saw LINE messages with a woman. Sweet, flirty stuff I’ve never heard from him before. Some messages were deleted but the preview showed things like “miss you, I’ll come by tonight.” It was so quiet. I was so confused.

I put the phone back and returned it to him, but he looked startled and a bit annoyed, and said briefly that she’s just a coworker and told me I shouldn’t open his things
true, I shouldn’t). But it hurt. I feel stuck about it. Am I overthinking??

I’m trying not to think about it but those sweet words keep looping in my head. I can’t sleep and my heart races for no reason.

If anyone’s dealt with this, be honest — he won’t talk it out, so what should I do? Try to hold on, give him time and keep watching, or confront him directly, and if he lies then what? I’m so confused, OP here is so confused lol

P.S. I just needed to vent before having a serious talk with him. What do you all think?
